Q: I lost my registration key. Can you help me? A: But of course! Simply type in the email address, which you used to make the purchase from PayPal and we will look it up for you. Otherwise, send us an email and we will be happy to look it up ourselves. An email will be sent to you to this address with your registration key. Q: I have purchased Flashcard Learner and did not receive the license key. What’s going on? A: After successful payment you should receive the license key immediately by mail through the e-mail address, which you have entered for the payment. If it does not arrive within about five minutes after the purchase, something has gone wrong. Several reasons are possible:- Check your Spam folder. - It has happened that payments were still pending for a while with the payment processor. The license generation is blocked as long as the payment is not cleared by the payment processor company. If you don’t receive your license code within two hours after purchase, please notify us. We will look into it and will send you the license codes manually.
